🗓️Weekly Rundown🗓️
Down to Charleston with Mr. Johnson
Ms. Amy made some delicious stromboli and is top 3 sweetest people I know — not sure where in the top 3 but definitely up there
Ran 15 miles starting around 11pm but even with the sun being down the humidity still was brutal for the slowest long run to date — was not sore in the slightest after, but the next day... the chafing
The extra sweat made my legs become 15 miles of wet sandpaper — was bleeding from the chafing and the most painful shower I can remember
Packed up to move Faith in — went smooth outside of getting there — car accident
Some lady "didn't know what to do" so she was stopped in the highway, leading to a 3 car pile up, and now we got a golfball sized dent from the hitch of the van in front of us
Might get out the pen and paper and mathematically prove the force isn't adding up and the story that was told from the van isn't mathematically possible
Tubing was a blast

Keowee is an amazing lake

New fun army nicknames on the boat
Rummikub with Empress Echo
Started lifting with the Specialist with the extra time — hope I can keep doing it
Learned about all the Army schools and the Army isn't for me
Learned Army cadences
Learned a new chicken recipe — the good chicken
Finished reading Catcher in the Rye
Ran 21 miles, 15 from the long run — to see it on STRAVA CLICK HERE
WBOTW: Hertwings — was so fun seeing them, and nice of them to host me and also invite Mr. Johnson down
Honorable mention of WBOTW: Johnsons — they were the GOATs and the stromboli was goated
🦬High Low Buffalo🦬

🧠Something New I Learned🧠
Important to try to be around when someone is telling their side of the story to the cops in an accident, so you can quickly call BS when they start spouting BS
Being polite to random strangers every time they talk to you is draining — not sure if I like some random person asking how my day is — if I don't know them and they don't care it's a waste of energy, but if it is genuine it's very nice, figuring out which is the extra energy
If social battery is low just say no — you will have FOMO from missing out and you probably will miss out, but if you keep saying yes it never reloads, so you'll keep going on low instead of missing out on 1 and the rest being reloaded
At some point you have to find a way to pass down what you have learned
🎵Song of the Week🎵
