Dinner and games with Grandma - I'm goated at Blokus… Bananagrams…. not so much - why is J so hard? I used "jet" 3 times in the same crossword

Long call with my favorite oil trader in Chicago - over an hour of discussing oil, essentially diesel and other distillates, followed by AI's likely direction

I'm very nervous that AI is talented at hacking into anything online and all my money is online - it has hacked into OpenAI's Artifactory, and according to AI, "OpenAI's Artifactory is vastly more secure than the average person's online bank account"

Did a very hard mile and found my heart rate is just below 200 bpm, so I expect that's close to my max heart rate

With AI or other chemical life helpers, it makes success less correlated with hard work - I used to have to spend forever to write a good essay, now I don't even have to come up with the idea and boom, an even better one. I am closer to a very skilled writer than ever before because of AI, or GLP1 makes anyone skinny - a fit body is no longer as strong of a signal of discipline

Expanding on doing hard things away from physical activity because I have proved I can grit that out - looking for new hards - research and write an essay w/ no tech? Not talking for a full day?
